In this special episode, I had the incredible opportunity to spend three action-packed days with the pound-for-pound champion of the world, Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez, at his fight camp in Truckee, California. Thanks to a personal invite from Jaime Camil, we got to experience Canelo’s intense training firsthand—running, hitting the gym, sparring, and watching him meticulously prepare for his next fight. I even tried to keep up during the long runs (spoiler: it wasn't easy!).
On the final day, I sat down with Canelo for an exclusive interview where we talked about his training camp, the people who motivate him, his love for family and food, and how he stays laser-focused on every detail.
